Oh, my dear friends,
in our wine fridge you’ll find six bottles of fine local Croatian wine. Take one, pour yourself a glass, enjoy — you didn’t come to Brač to stare at bottles, but to guštat, to relax and savour life. As our old folks would say: “What’s life without a good drop of wine?”

If after a glass or two you feel like singing some klapa — go right ahead. And if you start talking about how you can taste “notes of fig and the sea” — that just means you’ve properly relaxed, nothing unusual
there.

When it’s time to head out, just leave six bottles of roughly the same quality and price. We’re not asking you to match the exact wine, but please don’t leave something even the old man from Mirca wouldn’t drink. Let the guests after you also have something to say: “Now this is wine, not water!”
